There was never a question of that trust throughout our family knowing Sandy. She always had our best interests in mind. I stated several time talking to my wife about selling our house that we would do what ever Sandy said to do. If she said that an offer was the best one it was and I am very confident in what she said was the best for us. We had 15-20 of offers in 5 days. Sandy sorted the best offers out and went over each offer. Told us why each offer was good, bad or ok and while going over them it was clear that she was right. She did the professional fundamentals going over each offer but I trust her enough that she could have just gone over the best offers and I would be sure that those were the best. We dont plan on ever moving agian but if we would need to Sandy would be our first call.

We accepted an offer from an unethical and dishonest buyer and it took time to fully understand the extent of the problem. Fortunately, the market remained robust when we needed to pivot to remarket the property and find another buyer. The second transaction was more of a normal exchange and handled well.
